We will begin our time together with a Unity Meditation. Then I will facilitate 4 Remen Q̅ Sessions. This will be the time to bring peace to your heart if you are feeling non-peace. This will take about 30 minutes and then Nicole Albers will do a Sound Bath for 30 minutes.
