How Remen Q Meditation Works
2. Approximately 10 days before the event I will send out the zoom link.
3. I will send out another reminder 2 days before the event with the zoom link.
4. On the allotted day click the link to the zoom meeting. It’s a good idea to join 10-15 minutes before start time.
5. Once we reach the start time I will do a brief meditation that brings us into the meditation space.
6. All cameras will be turned off and microphones will be muted except for mine.
7. I will do a dry run teaching you how to do a Remen Q process.
8. You will become aware of the non-peace you hold in your heart related to one issue. What is the issue that gives you the most fear?
9. You will set an intention for peace and only peace, nothing else will work.
10. I will then verbally guide you through the process. We may do the process 3 times.
